Position:         Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory control and inventory accuracy through daily cycle counting.  Will count entire warehouse once a quarter and support production activities as needed. Develop scheduling and material reporting.  Operate fork trucks and other warehouse equipment Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment. Perform all other duties as assigned. In addition the successful candidate will track inventory accuracy for reporting and process improvement.  You will also work closely with customer service and purchasing .  Must have knowledge of Microsoft and ERP systems and proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access,  PowerPoint, etc…)

Educational Requirements

2 year college degree preferred.  Some formal or on the job technical training helpful.

Qualifications/Experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • A minimum 3-5 years Inventory Control experience preferred

  • Audit for cosmetic defects
  • clean and process assemblies as needed
  • Input orders into data base and maintain product flow
  • Pack and palletize completed assemblies for shipping
  • Operate packaging machinery including, but not limited to, taping and inserting
  • Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment and have the ability  to stand for long periods
  • Can lift up to 25lbs. repetitiously
  • Work daytime hours
Experience:

The Technical Services Manager supervises employees who support our customers while they are using our products and services. This position is also responsible for evaluating and resolving software and hardware component problems. The person in this position confers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, customers and others regularly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Technical Support field
  • Lean training or “LEAN Thinking” Experience a plus

Product Engineers:
Seneca Data, a leading custom system manufacturer in North America, is looking for Product Engineers to help accelerate its already rapid growth. Qualified candidates must be able to provide objective and analytical assessment, isolation, and resolution of issues with pre-production PC-based systems. Plan, execute, and document validation tests. Ability to rapidly diagnose, isolate, and direct repair of issues within PC-based systems comprised of commercial components. Use of software and hardware diagnostic tools to resolve issues involving PC based drivers and devices, PC networking, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of computer-related work experience for production system test of diverse multi-circuit assemblies
  • BS in ME, EE or CS
  • Experience with single and dual processor ATX, uATX, EATX, mini-ITX, single board computer (SBC), passive backplanes and such
  • Familiarity with computing system design of experiment methodologies
  • Experience with thermal design, acoustic design, shock/vibration concepts and regulatory agency approvals (UL, CSA, CE, etc.) is a PLUS
  • Desired – MCP for Win 2K & XP, RHCT

Business Development Engineering Manager:

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Managing the development and qualification of components used in product designs for desktops, portables, and server computer platforms
  • Responsible for working with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure that our product designs meet the requirements for; feature set, functionality, cost, reliability, vendor compliance, and industry standards of compliance
  • Leading their team to provide engineering management for both internal development programs and ODM development programs, management of component technology roadmaps and driving proactive support to the platform development teams to ensure alignment with vendor technologies
  • Management of early supplier engagement, driving continuous component quality improvement, managing the support for continuity of supply qualifications, driving component standardization across Business Development Groups
  • Driving component cost reduction for the products delivered in the Business Development Group organization

The candidate must posses a BSEE degree with several years of directly applicable industry experience, as a minimum. Ability to write and analyze requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, tech plans, and documentation. Expert problem solving and analytical skills. strong understanding of design for cost, manufacturability, reliability, and testability; strong managerial competencies, leading vision and purpose, and building effective teams.

Senior Project Engineer:

Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of a high-availability computer image-deployment system. This will include image creation and development, and the responsibility of all related projects and future upgrades. Along with the development responsibilities the Sr. Project engineer will be responsible for providing pre-sales support on the benefits, and limitations of our deployment system. In addition, the Sr. Project engineer will be responsible for creating production process efficiencies; through merging the needs of our customers, business development groups, and production personnel. This position will also provide technical guidance and problem resolution to the production teams.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology, be well organized, have the ability to work well within cross functional teams, and possess project and time management skills. They should also be comfortable with verbal and oral communications as well as creating and maintaining management reports and detailed documentation.

Desired Skills:
