Credit Card Orders
You can buy products from Seneca with your Discover,VISA, MasterCard or American Express Card. This option gives you the flexibility to drop ship and does not affect your normal credit line. Seneca processes credit card orders at no additional charge. To purchase products with your credit card, complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader) and fax it to Seneca Data at (315) 433-0945.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Wire transfer of funds from your bank to ours is another way to expedite drop shipments and rush orders. Funds should be directed to this wire transfer address:

Directions for Direct Debit
- E-mail the credit department the customer name, account number and order number that needs to be processed.
- Have the customer fill out the direct debit form with an authorized signature and fax the form back with a voided check to 315-433-0945.
- A credit application needs to be submitted to obtain a commercial bank reference.
- The bank will be contacted to confirm that the funds are available and to electronically pull the funds from the customers account.
- Once the funds have been successfully transfered the order will be processed.
- You will receive a confirming e-mail from the credit department that the transfer was successful.

Assignment of Proceeds
Assigning the proceeds of a sale to Seneca Data enables you to use your customer's financial strength to underwrite your purchase. This is an excellent way to close large deals. For more information, see the Assignment of Proceeds Program Guidelines (requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader).
