Question: Can we have more than one Administrator? Answer: Yes. More than one Administrator can be given master user rights.
Question: Can users within a company see each other’s quotes and kits? Answer: Yes.
Question: When I change a component why am I not able to “submit” the order. Answer: You must “validate” the kit by clicking the Validate button each time you make a component level change.
Question: Can you edit existing quotes and reuse them? Answer: No. Once a quote has been converted to a sales order it is no longer viewable as a quote. It is recommended that users save configurations as "kits" if they plan to refer to them often.
Question: What invoice history will be viewable online? Answer: You will be able to view all invoice history done through Dynamics. Orders placed either online or through your account manager will be viewable.
Invoices previous to June 1st will be accessible only through your account manager.
Question: Can you lock down a configuration/kit so other users cannot make changes? Answer: No.
