At Seneca, we are committed to supporting a more sustainable supply chain by promoting the reuse and recycling of electronics. Customers can recycle Seneca-branded computer equipment through our take-back program.

Program Terms

Seneca-branded computers and computer equipment are eligible for return and recycling under this program, including:
- Seneca Media Players
- Seneca Network Video Recorders
- Seneca Servers
- Seneca Desktops
It is the customer’s responsibility to wipe all data from the device and take any other action necessary to ensure that their information remains secure. Seneca will recycle items in the condition in which they are received and is not responsible for the protection of data stored on devices provided for recycling.
